Beach Babe

New year is about to come! This gonna be 2 more days to go! Gez! I’m excited for another year knowing that I’m a graduating student. Hoping that 2022 will be better than 2020 where there’s no Covid at all. How’s the weather anyway? Here in the province? Nah! As expected it is as cold as your partner lol! Mr. Sun is hiding his shining shimmering splendid heat. The wind blew hard as the leaves fell as I fell for him hahaha, no kidding. No traffic up here, no air nor water pollution, everything here just looks fine where nature gives the fresh ambiance. Unfortunately, I have to leave this place again as I have to go back to the city so I can continue my class knowing that the signal here is way too weak and I don’t want to get a lower grade just because of that.

Who would like either?

As I stated with my previous article, yesterday was my birthday. It's a simple yet memorable day of mine. Yesterday it rained so we decided to head to the beach, just us family. My parents, 2 sisters, my niece, my aunt, my one cousin and of course my boyfriend. We really enjoyed soaking ourselves in the warm salty water of the sea. The white sand that’s really cute, adding to the peaceful moment since no other outsider was there. Though the clouds seemed sad, I still enjoyed it’s scenic view. We brought some food so we could eat. My mom packed chicken adobo, fried fish, grilled pork and added rice. Moreover, my sisters brought soft drinks co’z we’re addicted to it. We’re fond of doing this, where we spend time together, then after we take a family picture. Anyway, there’s no entrance fee but expected that the beach had no maintenance at all, it’s actually not that quite far from the house but the problem is that the road is literally bumpy. It’s kinda difficult to reach the area but luckily we did and came home safe around 4pm (Philippine time).

Since my cousin’s daughter’s birthday too so we didn’t prepare food that much. I know that her parents would make it more “bonggacious”. Yes! That’s why! Hehehehe. Actually, they prepared a lechon, cooked some vegetables lumpia and fried chicken. They also have a macaroni salad, maja, spaghetti that my mom also asked me to prepare for her to cooked it but I refuse though the ingredients is still there co’z I know that there’s a lot of leftover if we have it too. They have a cake which my boyfriend also want to buy but I insist because it’s quite expensive and it doesn’t need anyway I mean seriously I’m not used to have a big celebration, simple one is more than enough for me and I think I’m too old to do that. I’m now 22 and my cousin’s daughter is turning 5. Besides, we have a mango float and we share it to them and vice versa. My sister even want to make an ice cream but I refuse nor cooked our macaroni because after all it’s not that matters. To be honest, I don’t want to spend too much money for my birthday celebration not unless it’s for my family. Maybe I’ll save it for my boyfriend’s upcoming birthday wherein I keep my BCH income to buy him a gifts or prepared a food for him. I also keep on asking him about his plan but he said that maybe we’ll have a rides. He said to not make it fancy, but I know he’s not used to it. I mean his family always have a huge celebration if one of their family members birthday. From now I don’t know actually what my plan. Hopefully, I can think of a better way to make him happy.
