No One Can Stop Him
You are in a trouble and you want to get out from it, then you went to meet someone because you trust him. You told him your problems and he then assure you with a word “I will do it.” First of all, you knew if you go to meet him without offending or hurting him before, he is going to do it without doubting his words. Secondly, you hold onto the word, went home in peace and you are expecting him to do something which of course, you are 100% sure he will do it, and he does it, it will excite you, isn´t it?
Yesterday began a new year with great expectations for me and I took my phone to read my daily devotion. I read the Bible scripture and sincerely, that was the first time coming across this particular scripture and I was so moved that immediately, I trusted God and had faith in Him to do what He has said He will do.
In Job 42:2, it says “I know that you can do anything, and no one can stop you.”
Job was talking to God here and it was a reply to Him when in verse 41, God was questioning Job and talking about owning everything on earth. God said He owns everything on earth and if any man gives Him something, He doesn´t owe any man, not to talk of returning back what man has given to Him as being a debtor. No!
So, look at this scenario; everything on earth is owned by a man and he controls things, anything he snaps at, definitely goes to his hands, and you are privileged to be closer to such a man, do you think you will suffer? Do you think whatever problem you bring to him won´t be solved considering that he has power over them?
Now, let´s talk about the one who owns the heaven and earth in His hand, one who is called “The Almighty God.” No matter your problem, He said He can do it. He can turn everything around, even not with word but mere signal is enough.
I don´t want to dwell much into going deeper but I want you to grab something along your journey in life and hold onto it firmly. God can do it and no man can stop Him. Reading the scripture over and over again, I already see my journey smooth because I trust His word which He will never fail.
When you realize no man can stop Him, you will definitely be at peace and not worry yourself over little things in life. If you cannot control a situation, you don´t have to keep bothering yourself but call unto God and just take your rest.
This scripture has been recorded in my mind since then and whenever I would be going through any challenges in the future, because we would surely encounter them on our ways, the word would remind me of the one who no man can stop from doing what He intends doing.
We were never promised a free journey without tough situations, but we were assured of peace when we fully depend on God. To tell you the truth, we need God in our Journey. We can never do anything outside His plan. Do you think I am lying? Then a proof is awaiting you in Psalms 127. God´s plan is different from every human being´s plan and for you to think your plan should always work out, it´s a big lie at your end because if God loves you, He will never want any downfall for you, but give you the best in the end.
There is always the best in stock for us, but it´s a pity many people would rather do what is in their minds and continue failing. When it´s getting too much, they decide to go back to God. God never made the journey longer, but we made it so with what we insisted on doing. This is why we need patience in this new year. You already know that if God is set to do something, no man on earth would stop Him. Why would you then compromise peace with something bad? Being patient is one virtue to hold onto to get someone who cannot be stopped to do things at your bid.
I want us to hold onto this verse too along the journey of life, holding isn´t enough though, but to trust Him fully.

To be honest, I have an apathy towards Religious lifestyle but I do believe in God . I would try to get closer to him this year Thanks for a sounding reminder
