An answered prayer

Nothing comes easy and if you must scale through, you need to thrive so hard. We all want to make it but we also should be ready to do what it takes and not going though dubious means, but to do what is right so you can be proud of yourself later. Life is all about perseverance and having the confidence in yourself- to believe in you that there is strength to do it. Good morning Lovelies ♥️

Happy New Month everyone. Thank God January is gone and we would rest from those shouting, screaming, crying for the month to leave, all because some are of the belief that January is always longer than other months. To some, we already used two years in a month 😅😅 At least we would be seeing the remaining months moving with speed.

One thing I will never fail to recognize is the gift of life. We all are aware that God has kept us thus far to see this new month and I hope we would work hard to make ourselves proud. I pray lines fall unto us in pleasant places.

Something happened yesterday that I knew it was God and He answered my prayer. I have always seen God works that I just can't keep appreciating the fact that I am loved.

We have been told by this lecturer of her first and last test that would come up on Monday which was yesterday. She came and lectured us for few minutes and the test began. In my department, we were only 8 students taking the course because it was an elective one. Others feared the course all because it was all about history and they aren't ready to start writing history in the exams. I went for the course because I know it is what we were taught and what is in the text book, that would be set as questions. So, if you don't read, you are on your own. I still wonder why students keep getting scared when they know if they read, things would work out best for them.

We were not told to get an envelope by the lecturer at first. She asked who would represent us in my department and we pointed at one of my friends who also volunteered to help us. We finished the test and after collection, that was when we heard we need an envelope to put those scripts and assignments in.

The woman spoke sternly that we need an envelope and if we don't get it, she won't collect the scripts from us. There was chaos in the hall, other departments luckily had envelopes which they were saved. I quickly gave my friend money to get an envelope but where do we get it except she goes to the school gate. The distance from the hall to the school gate would take like 20 minutes and we couldn't get a bike to take her.

We were confused and we told her to keep going. At that time, another lecturer drove in and was talking to our lecturer. She was about to drive out when this lecturer came and they started this conversation. In my mind, I prayed to God that the discussion should last till our friend returned. I was tracking my friend with calls to know how it was and where she was.

We kept waiting while the discussion was going on. Finally she arrived. We wrote on the envelope and immediately we did that, they ended their conversations and she collected from us. I couldn't stop thanking God because if she didn't collect it from us till she goes to her office, that would be the end and it would be zero in test for us.

God still hear prayers if you believe. We need to understand that He is our father and He will never watch His children unhappy but always ready to help us when we move to Him.

The test was an interesting one yesterday that if we miss submitting because of envelope, it would affect our results but I was relieved after everything yesterday.
