The article that I am going to share with you right now is about module serye. I know some of you here can relate to this topic that I am about to discuss. It is not new to us, and I know many of us have difficulties in handling this kind of set up right now.
There are so many parents who are struggling in handling and teaching their child through modular learning. I know, it's not easy and it took some time and pressure on the side of the parents. Its been two consecutive year that we had using this kind of set up since pandemic arises and continue to stop our children to go to school.
Nowadays, there are some areas of schools who had been chosen and opened for pilot testing on face to face classes. But in our areas, we still continue the modular type of learning. There are advantages and disadvantages that this type of learning brought us.
Tonight, I just want to share some moments of our session with my son. My son is a four year old of age. He was a kindergarten learner, as I can see he is active, can learn easily and very attentive.
He is a good listener, he speaks his mind when theres something that he don't know. I can say he was a smart and intelligent child. Lol, according to what they say "love your own", lol. But seriously, he learns quickly.
Every Monday is the distribution of their modules and they had also a feeding program. Every once a week, 20 per day, their teacher will schedule each child for their evaluation and checking on their module.
His father will be the one who send and escort him to school during the distribution and checking of his modules when I'll be the one who teaches him at home.
It is important that both parents wi take part in the learning process of their children, so that they can monitor the development and learni g of their child.
Funny moments while teaching session.
When he is tired, he makes alibis that he wanted to eat, pee or his hands are aching.
Sometimes, he wanted to make his own version in doing something, for instance, if the instruction tells to color specific color, he wanted to use another color. Lol, but I will tell him that we should follow instructions so we will be correct.
There are some moments that he insisted his way, especially the module is in mothertounge, the names of the things that listed is mothertounge so he insisted to name it in english. So I need to make him understand what should and how should it be named.
He never wanted his father to teach him, he is comfortable when I am the one who teaches him.
There are lots of funny moments that we had together during our ModuleSerye. I know one of you here can relate and had experienced also this funny moments with your child. I hope and pray that we'll back to soon to normal life.
