Mark 9:43-44. Jesus Christ recommended a radical measure in dealing with matter of sin. He said, if it is your right hand that is causing you to sin, what you should do is to cut it off. If it is your right eye, pluck it out. This is because sin is absolutely destructive in it's nature. It ruins beautiful lives. It destroys glorious destinies. It leads to eternal perdition in the lake of fire. So many people now live in regret because of their sin. A great multitude are in hell right now simply because of the sin that they refuse to deal with radically. We were humans, yes, but the grace of God is available to give total liberty from sin, where there is honesty and decisiveness in dealing with it. Bible makes it clear to us that "**sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under the law, but under grace. Romance 6:14. What does it mean when Bible said "cut off" your right hand, and to pluck out" your right eye when they are causing you to sin? It means, if there is any Man or Woman, Boy or Girl, whose association or relationship is making you to sin against God, separate yourself from them, cut off that relationship or association, without looking back. Chooses to offend people and please God in the process rather than chooses to please people, then go to hell suffer for ever. Also goes for any job, vocation, engagement that makes you to sin. Same goes for any suggestions, ideas, proposition, discussion that lead you to sin. Compromise with sin in any form is extremely expensive. Your total separation from sin at whatever cost gives God pleasure and sets you up for future, greatness, destiny fulfilment and a glorious eternity. My dear friend, this is another day, another grace for you to repent and enjoy the goodness of God. Stop dilly-dallying about the matter of sin. Separate yourself totally and be Holy unto God and it shall be well with you.
