I woke up very early today - I'm not sure why, probably I was not that tired and my body didn't want any more rest. So, now it's 7:55 in the morning and I'm awake since 4:30 :) I'm about to drink my coffee now, not that I need it that much, much likely because I like its taste :) lol
We have a cloudy day today, they said that this week we'll have rains, still it's 13C now and feels like 23 because of the humidity. I'd love to see some rain :) What about your place? What is the weather in the place you live in?

The weather here is cloudy and hot, they say from tomorrow rain will join us, And I'm waiting for it, because I love rainy days!
So, today no hanging around, no swimming, no coffee with friends, just home... I already noised around with you friends here, now I'm about to eat my homemade chicken delicious burger, some potatoes and boiled carrots with lots of lemon for salad!!! 🤤 After that!? Some work need to be done in my pc and then watching a movie - the weather is exactly for cocooning and enjoying my couch! 😊

Such a wonderful, shiny, almost summer day here also, what about your area?
I woke up this morning remembering 3 years ago a small excursion I had, to an area near Athens called Sounio, at theTemple of Poseidon! I don't know if you know about this place, except its history it stands in a place with magnificent view specially at dawn.
It was built during 444–440 BC, it's one of the major monuments of the Golden Age of Athens and overlooks the sea at the end of Cape Sounion. Another "mystery" about it is about an isosceles triangle which is created by the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio, the Temple of Aphaia Athena in Aegina and the Temple of Hephaestus in Thissio of Athens.
I'm giving you a "sneak preview" of the place, wishing whoever hasn't visited it yet, to be able to come and enjoy it's beauty, and whoever already seen it, come and admire it again!

The last two days I was so busy, that I couldn't find time to noise around. Today is another day, first of all it's Friday, it's like summer out and I have some time to read you all :)
How was your day so far? How is the weather in the area you live in? How did you spent the last days?
As I already told you, I was very busy the last days, due to some work in my pc and also because I had to prepare my house for the winter coming (extra cleaning, carpets, winter clothes etc.). Now I enjoy the coziest home, and I'm waiting for cold days to come, ready with hot cocoa and/or tea in my hand! :)
The pictures of the flowers are taken 3 days ago at dawn, when I was out for a walk. I love these colors, I hope you'll enjoy them! :)

We had summer mood here and in Athens also, so I had a great time wondering around and added extra vitamin D in my body :)
I already had my coffeee and breakfast, made some calls, started something for my work, now time for break and noise with you all :)
So, I told you yesterday I went to Athens for some work need to be done and see family. I want to share with you some pics (from google streets) near the place I'm living in when I'm in Athens - thankfully I'm also near trees, listening to birds also there, and quite open space, not so crowdy as other areas around. The first picture is from my alley and the others from the main street near to it. So, I hope you'll like this place and think someday to visit Greece - Athens to see places like this from close :)

Here it's half sun and half cloudy day, still hot (20 C right now 10:22) and reminds more of spring than autumn :) Since 6 in the morning until 8:30, birds where singing - I wish I could upload here the video I made, still I found a video in youtube that has almost the same sounds to see how wonderful it was!

Thankfully, although I was born and raised in the capital city of Greece (Athens), I always had trees nearby and I almost everyday was waking up with sounds of birds - sometimes just sounds, some times birds singing etc. The last years I stay in a smaller city, I am closest to nature, so much better "communication" with animals :)
What about you? Where do you live? Near forests? In the city? Are you lucky enough to listen to these sounds or not?

For us in Greece it's a new custom the last 3-5 years. We never had this day as a holiday, but the las years this "habit" along with "baby shower" came to our country as well. I won't tell for good or bad, I don't mind doing something that has fun and smile in it. So, I guess very young people will surely like it! :)
But what exactly is Halloween? What is the true meaning of Halloween?

My plans for today is finish my work with the podcasts I was talking about, check some videos in YouTube, finish a music mix I'm preparing the last days and continue my other work. Afterwards, as always, cooking :) lentiles today for the menu, I still have food from yesterday, still I don't want another day to eat meat! Do you like lentiles?

Today our weather is better, we don't have that cold like yesterday, what about you?
I woke up and did some of the everyday's "have to do" things, and now I cook and I'm waiting for a project I make on my pc to finish. I'd like to ask you something, what is the mucis you listen to? What do you enjoy?
Personally I listen to foreign songs mainly, sometimes I listen to Greek ones, but a certain type of them. The music I mostly like is chill, lounge, electro swing etc. BUUUUT, I have to admit that I like some trap songs as well... I'm not a teenager, nor "that young", still I enjoy SOME of them a lot... The last days I keep listening to the new album of Lil Nas X and of course Iggy Azalea is one of my favorites... Should I feel ashamed? Maybe there's a problem with me? So, I'm back again, already read my friends posts and now I'm gonna continue with my work :)
Yesterday I said I'm gonna cook some pasta with sauce and cheese (see picture). So, I woke up and I read that it was the International day for pasta lol :) Universe spoke for me, so I HAD to make what I said I would :)
Still, today I'm not sure what menu I'd like... I'm betwenn fish and beans... I guess it will depend from how much time I'm gonna spend in my computer - If I'm gonna be late or not, so... got to leave you again and continue work, or else my husband will come and he will find only dry food to eat :P lol

Here in Greece I guess winter smells ... It's 08:00 in the morning and we have 15 C, black clouds ready for rain, air and cold... Well, from the other hand it's almost November, I guess it was time for some autumn cold also !
So, my news for today? I was on noise yesterday evening, and after finishing answering to my friends etc, I saw a message about an experiment for BCH etc. At first, I thought it was a scam, afterwards I decided to open the message and I saw that I had to answer to about 50 questions to earn 2$.
What was that? Remember when we had the option to check if a person here in noise is a scammer or not? Something like that. I had some posts that I had to choose whether I like them or not (from excellent to bad). After finishing it, they informed I earned 2$ and after few minutes I saw them in my wallet!!! :)
So, has anything like that ever happened to you? Maybe it's something new here in noise? Maybe it's a way of earn some bch extra from posts? What do you think? I only have to say THANK YOU noise.cash, for my 2$ extra money I earned :)

Hello again noiser friends!
As I promised, I'm back with the recipe for my spinach pie:
We're gonna need:
olive oil
1 bunch of chopped fresh onions
1 kg spinach (clean)
1 bunch of chopped dill
Phyllo pastry 6 leaves approximately (around 450 Grams)
2 medium chopped leeks
500 g feta cheese, crumble
pepper and salt
Method:
Place a nonstick pan over medium to high heat.
Add a little olive oil the chopped leeks and spring onions.
Sauté until they soften.
Tear up the spinach with your hands and add to the pan.
Sauté until it softens and all of the liquid evaporates.
Transfer to a bowl.
Add the dill, feta cheese, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Stir and your filling is ready!
Preheat oven to 165-1900C
Brush a 30 cm round baking pan with olive oil.
Lay the first 4 pieces of phyllo nicely on to the bottom of the pan.
Drizzle with olive oil. Do not brush the phyllo so that they don’t stick to one another and air pockets can be created in between them. This makes the phyllo crunchier!
You will need about 200 ml of olive oil for all of the phyllo.
Make sure you lay the phyllo along the sides of the baking pan first and then fill in the gaps with more of the pieces of phyllo. This helps give more texture.
Add the filling, spreading it evenly all over the phyllo base.
Cover filling with another 2 sheets of phyllo dough, repeating the exact same process as before.
Gently lay it out over the pie, turn the edges over with your fingers and gently tuck them in all the way around.
Score the surface with a sharp knife and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Bake for 45-60 minutes, in 165-1700C or until golden and crunchy.
When ready, remove from oven.
Bon appetit, or as we say "KALI OREXI"!!!

Lucky me, today I don't need to cook, since I made yesterday spinach pie, one of the most wonderful Greek traditional foods you'll ever taste!!! I uploaded a picture of all three stages - ready, without a piece and the piece itself with lots of feta cheese!!! lol :)
