this is not just a problem in India, you can see that also in Greece, Cyprus, Spain, Italy the Balkan states and in Germany, it Spain there is actually a TV-Campaign against that behavior of the government not to do nothing to solve that, it´s so ridiculous that people had to lost their life´s for such a simple fault, you can´t trust them !
Of course it is, I live in Greece and I drive - I know very well how many times I was lucky, especially days with rain that you cannot see what's in front of you! I just admire this man's soul, after his tragedy he has the courage to think of other people...
