Good morning to everybody! How are you today? I always wake up early - it's a habit from all these years at work that I don't want to change, I feel waking up early, give you time to do many things and have a free afternoon, but most of all, you can see the sun rising, listen to the birds etc I usually start my day by making some cleaning at the house, kitchen, laundry etc, and then I use my pc for my work (sometimes I do small breaks between works and do them both). All these of course by listening to music, which today I didn't do. I opened my TV this morning, I don't know why exactly I wanted to search for something and then I forgot it. So, while I was doing my cleaning I was listening some treatments about women: "this one is for the wrinkles in the eyes, this one for the cheeks, this one for the hands, blah, blah, blah". Then I heard commercials about hair treatment, again creams for the face, the body etc. I was wondering, why every day we have to listen to all these? I mean OK, I understand it's healthy to look after yourself, but if you hear in 2 - 3 hours only things about it, make you feel depressed, that you don't do something good for you etc. I also cannot understand how women can find THAT much time to look after themselves? It's impossible to do all the things you have to do in your everyday schedule and do ALL these things you've been told to do. What do you think about that? Do you treat yourself that much, not at all, some days like most of us do? *The gif is from https://www.shopback.ph/blog/grooming-tips

Good morning, my amazing friend! Haha. I rarely even look at the mirror. I'm low key 😁
Same here... :) When I use my face cream, is when I feel completely dry my face - definitely not everyday/every night :)
I'm allergic to those 😁
I think there is such as thing as overloading for example with negative news or anything that creates unrealistic or unsustainable impressions.
Yes, I agree, still some people may feel sad about it, I mean they cannot understand marketing and they think that something wrong about them.
