Higher wages alone are never a solution to a problem. The reality is that FAIR wages are what are more important and more beneficial overall to a workforce. The thing is that wages are as much a cost of doing business as keeping the lights on, paying taxes, or bringing in the raw materials needed to make things. That means someone has to pay for the higher wages, and while our current inflation is not ONLY because of recent higher wages, they are a definite huge factor.
