Tuna fish casserole tonight for dinner. Always delicious. And it is so easy to make. Cook up 16 ounces of any noodle you want. I usually use egg noodles, but this time I used rotini because it was what I had. Boil them until done. Toss into a bowl Cut up an onion and toss in the following into the bowl; two 10.75 ounce cans of cream of mushroom soup, a 12 ounce bag of frozen peas, 2 cans of tuna (drained), a can of mushrooms, 1 cup of shredded cheese, a tablespoon or two of minced garlic (we like garlic), a little bit of dill weed, oregano, and Italian seasoning, and a bit of pepper. Mix it well in the bowl and then pour it into a casserole. Before putting it into the oven sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese on top, and bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes. Just before it is done, sprinkle on top one more cup of shredded cheese and cook for another 5 minutes or so just until it is melted. Serve. It is delicious. Just take my word for it.
