Perhaps this doesn't belong in the Dividend Stock Corner since Berkshire Hathaway has never really offered dividends to its shareholders. What it has done, through the ages, is offer great value and growth however. And that can sometimes be as good as dividends, if not better. As the legendary investor, Warren Buffet turns 91, it seems he has spent the last few years spreading his wings a bit, and I think this bodes well for the future of Berkshire Hathaway post Buffet. Berkshire has been one of those stocks I have shied from through the years, mainly because of its almost direct tie to the legendary investor and his and Charlie Munger's business philosophy. Remove them from the equation and who knows where the company's direction goes from there was kind of my thinking. But more and more, as there is now a clear succession plan, and guiding principles, and even an adaptive flexibility offered to what comes next, I feel more confident now that Berkshire Hathaway can still be a strong business that will return value to their shareholders for the foreseeable future. https://www.cnbc.com/2021/08/30/as-warren-buffett-turns-91-the-legendary-investor-prepares-berkshire-hathaway-for-a-new-economy.html
