So, the wife and I are all packed up and ready to finally embark on our week long trip to Florida for a bit of sunshine, memories, fun, and of course relaxation. We will be starting the first leg in a couple of hours, driving to Birmingham, Alabama which will take about 6 1/2 hours. We may stop for a bit in Nashville, but if I have my way we will just head straight to Birmingham. Saturday we should arrive in Cape San Blas which is about an hour and a half east of Panama City. Been planning this for a while and it should be nice to just get away from the humdrum of everyday life for a little while.
