Tonight's dinner? Bratwurst on the grill. I always find this to be very delicious. Usually I parboil these a bit just to sort of pre-cook them. Then toss them onto the grill to brown them up. This batch is a cheddar bratwurst. I rarely go for these, but from time to time they are quite good. What do I parboil them in? Beer of course, mostly. With just a little bit of water since I don't want to waste too much beer. But they are GOOD!
