It's that time of the year when it is time to think about next year's finances. Namely, making more money next year than you did in the previous year. Sure, you can go to your boss and ask for more money, and actually you SHOULD do this. But beyond that, there is a way to give YOURSELF a pay raise. And if the boss does actually give you one, it is just icing on the cake. Gravy on your mashed potatoes. Mushrooms and onions atop your ribeye steak. The time is now to start thinking about how you will make next year better for yourself financially. https://read.cash/@Porwest/how-to-give-yourself-a-pay-raise-b791cc87

Hey man 👋 You got a bit time we could talk?
Well good luck to those who still got jobs, lol.
Not in the United States. We have 11 million jobs out there waiting for a bunch of lazy asses to get back to work. It's part of the reason for inflation in fact. Actually its a BIG part of it since now companies have to offer stupid high wages for jobs that don't deserve them just to try to poke a few people off their couches. And let's not forget the supply chain being as messed up as it is because there's a lack of people to make stuff, deliver it to stores, and put it on the shelves. 24 hour restaurants have even shut down in the evenings because they can't staff shifts. It's a nightmare. There is NO lack of work. What there is, is a lack of WORKERS.
Well I think those workers has literally gotten an eye-opener to what they could actually possess without a job and with some nice skills and business ideas. But I have a question, Do they juts quit to remain jobless or they have stuffs going on ?
