I have to wonder what Biden is thinking as he doubles down on his insulting MAGA speeches. One will remember when Hillary Clinton devised a similar strategy, calling Trump supporters "deplorables." Beyond that, where is the message of "unification" Biden supposedly ran on? How do you unify anyone when you aim to degrade and insult the 72 million people who voted for Trump in 2020? Of course, there is a reason this tactic is used. That's because there is nothing Biden can run on. He has no successes to brag about—he may tout some, but nobody believes him. He should want the focus to be on HIM, after all, IF he had anything to say positively about his presidency. The fact that he feels he MUST run against Trump, and ridicule his base, simply tells me Biden is already losing and that is why he feels the need to do it.
