Work should never be something discouraged nor frowned upon. It's one of those things in life pretty much everyone has to do. But one should never consider the paycheck to be the end goal. Working for a future is what is most important in getting ahead, and getting beyond the necessity of work. Never once have I ever said I wanted to have to work forever. But in order to achieve that end goal one must be vigilant in planning for it. Retirement is best when it is earned.
