There are some bands that are very unique and distinctive, that from the very first note played or the first lyric sung, you know right away who it is. This is not one of those bands. When you tune in to Dropsonic the first thing that comes to mind is that you have just clicked into something from Radiohead. In fact, it IS almost Radiohead like to a tee. Listening to other Dropsonic songs, they all have this Radiohead vibe, and clearly the band is heavily influenced by and even want to BE Radiohead. Still, this song makes the mark to my mind and is still worth listening to despite it NOT being Radiohead.
