Encountered a gas pump at a gas station in Alabama where the auto shut off on the pump did not work. Luckily neither did the pump lock so I had to stand there and hold the trigger. Got gas all over the side of my truck and on my shoe. It could have been much worse had I gone inside to buy something. Told the lady inside and she seemed unconcerned. All I got was a shrugged, "I'll let someone know." And at another gas station in Tennessee the "Fresh & Ready" sandwiches were all expired three days ago. Told the lady at THAT gas station and she gave me a shrugged "Thanks." All I can ascertain from this is that two things occurred following my notifications. Someone else found out the pump's auto shut-off was broken, and another person ate an expired sandwich.
