Could it be.. but Nah? Where do I start? Ah, yes. There is a controversial bill that is currently being reviewed. I did sign the petition for it to be reviewed further or maybe even not implemented. The short compiled video of reaction to it will give some light on concerning and disconcerting scenarios. Making kids aware of anything reproduction related is necessary but there needs to be a better boundary and guidelimes for it. While that is not entirely my concern, i have been seeing the world deteriorating morally. It should come as no surprise really. But when slowly you become aware of how we are slowly entering that state, you also feel the heaviness of its possible impact. As normal as most bills are, there is a side that opposes and there is a side that stands to say it is harmless and needed. Thus, thwarting all claims of the imminent danger to young ones. That scenario of having two sets of people looking at one document and yet their understanding differs, sort of took me back to the Tower of Babel story. In brief passing, the story goes: People speaking same language Agrees to put up a tower that reaches heavens God disagrees Confuses people. They start to speak in different languages They ended up not understanding each other Tower was never finished Maybe a far pull to insist some similarity. But I guess the version that will soon come to us human beings of this century and beyond would be: We speak and write on many language but we come to agree to generally use universal - English And yet even though we use the same language, we look at one sentence or paragraph and yet we have two or more different interpretations. We get confused by the language we use to communicate to each other Nothing good comes out of it. I am yet to let my thoughts simmer on this for longer period of time. This will be one of the many things I will be inquiring to God about and maybe even bring up to some smart and wise people. Maybe drop a question like: Do you think, a Tower of Babel-ish thing is about to happen to human kind?" And gather data from their response. What do you think? There could be, right? But I could also be wrong?.. but what if? Then maybe again, 'nah?
