A bad day A bad day, this is the title of a self-portrait that I made one afternoon in the middle of an anxiety crisis, I am a painter and for some time I have used art as therapy, I made it with the gouache technique on cardboard, and in this painting I show my fears and a part of me that I can't control and that sometimes controls me.
