The world has become very money-oriented in the last two centuries, but especially in the last century. It would be worthwhile to reflect on the value of life and, at the same time, on the gift that life is. I don't think we can get a greater gift than that. Have you ever heard, that you are irreplaceable? If you've lost anything in life, never regret it. Don't be bitter about it, because everything can be replaced. Money or any other useful thing. Money can be earned again and used to buy again what you have lost.
You cannot replace human life, you cannot say, "Oh well, another will be born instead of you. If we understand and respect the value of life, then to lose someone is a loss and of course to bring a new person into the world is a gift. There are so many films and video games being made these days, where people die by murder. Okay this is accepted in the entertainment industry and, as entertainment it can be accepted, who wouldn't watch a good, exciting action movie.
The fact that we are irreplaceable is certainly thought provoking. Let's look around us. What do we see? We see different people, actors, artists, animals, plants, food, drink and anything else, that gives us pleasure. Everything we come in contact with on this earth is a gift and we can only enjoy these gifts as long as we live. I believe, that if someone loses their life irresponsibly or by choice, because they see no other way out, then to destroy this amazing gift, that we call life, it is an even greater loss.
Everyone values their lives as much as they see value in them. I personally believe, that there is no greater value, than my life. And I have to thank my parents for giving me the gift of life.
What happens to my life after I am born, how I am brought up in the beginning, and then where my path takes me and how my life develops is another question. God has given everyone choices and I decide what I do and how I do it.
Even if our lives start off badly, there is always the possibility to make it better.Let us look at the world, the people around us and the living world with a pure heart, a pure soul and a great love. I know a song called "Love one another folks".
The only thing I will tolerate is when I have to act in legitimate self defense. Thank God the threat in today's world is less, than it was during the first and the second world war. The biggest threat to us today could be ourselves. Especially in this difficult situation, that is going on in the world today. There is a lot of depression, a feeling of being closed in, a lack of love and therefore, unfortunately suicide. That is why we need to see clearly, live thoughtfully and enjoy life with love.
People say life is short, but that is why we should appreciate everything, that happens to us in our lives. Even if something happens to us, that was bad or painful, it can be considered good. In that moment, we experience pain, but later we realize why that negative, painful event had to happen.

What To Do When You Cant See The Way Out
Many times in life, we do things to protect others, not ourselves. In doing so, we put ego and selfishness aside. Many people believe, that you should live for today, not worry about anyone or anything, because life is short anyway and enjoy it while you can.

There are three words I would like to mention here anyway. Freedom, equality and brotherhood.
Freedom
I think many people still have to learn about freedom. Many people want to be free at the expense of others.

Equality
In my opinion, every human being is one. By this I mean, that although people's jobs and roles in life are different, everyone is born by a mother. Everyone must be responsible for themselves, but also for others. Unfortunately, in today's world, wealth dominates and oppresses the poor.
Robert Kiyosaki says:
"The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer."
This reminds me of a song and a quote from this song goes like this:

Brotherhood
Brotherhood is based on equality. If we accept and believe, that we are descended from the incarnate, then we are all brothers and sisters.
If there is equality, then everyone on earth should look out for each other as brothers and sisters. The problem is, that equality exists philosophically, but not physically.
Final Thoughts
We are going through a time, when these thoughts are worth listening to and thinking about again, because they are important and can help us through difficult times.
Life has value for me, life has value for you and for everyone. Take care of yourself and each other, but at the same time enjoy your life, this precious gift, while you can.
