When you give writing a hard time, you're also giving yourself a hard time, which is not what you want. Here's the thing: everyone is always going to have their struggles with writing. When it comes to writing, one of the most important things I have learned since I am writing is that the process itself will always keep you curious. Anything can happen at any point, which makes writing fascinating for you.

It's important to find the reason, why you feel the need to write about something. I write about topics, that I love to explore. For others, it's music or cooking. Writers share their secrets on how to make the process worthwhile. When done the right way, writing can create a knowledge, that can be shared and passed on. It can help us figure out new things and explore ideas to improve our writing and make us better people.

The Importance Of The Process Of Writing

Writing can be a very powerful way of communicating ideas, figures and opinions. You have complete control over how it is used, which makes writing an interesting form of self-expression. The great thing about writing is that it can be a very personal and creative process. Everyone has their own voice, their own way of writing. This is why I think it is so important to figure out the process, that works for you. Everyone can be a writer if they want to, but only some people can be good writers.

This is a very general statement, but there is a lot of technique, that can be used to improve your writing. Writing is not a race to the finish, it is a journey. It is important not to let anyone else dictate the path you take, because the results may not be what you want them to be. In the end it is up to you to decide what you will write, how and where. The most important thing to remember, is that it is a journey, and every journey has a finish.

The Art Of The Process

Where do you start? You can stare at the blank page for hours, but that will not make words appear before your eyes. You need to find out what makes words come to you. Then you need to figure out how you can make those words better, or in this case, more. The rest is all about the process. You need to find the rhythm, that works for you and keep to it. You need to find a way to make language, thoughts and ideas flow onto the page. You need to find a way to tell your own story. You may not know how yet, but you will figure it out.

The hardest part may be figuring out how to get past your own personal blocks. You may have done it unconsciously for years, but stopping yourself from expressing certain things, may not be as easy as you think. Now, I will say the process is usually the same. The struggle, the search and then the realization. However, everyone's struggle is different and so is their path to the realization.

Curiosity During The Process

You have to be willing to explore every aspect of the writing process. That means knowing not only about the creation of stories, but about the writing process itself. Here are some questions you may want to ask yourself. What am I curious about? What are my writing goals? What am I afraid of? Where do my ideas come from? Why do I write? Why do I keep writing? These are just a few of the questions that come to my mind, but you should ask yourself what other questions may be important to you. The answers to these questions will determine how you go about writing your story and so, the way you get to where you want to go, will be different for everyone.

The Journey

The journey is the most important part of the writing process. You have to find your own path. Which can be very challenging. This is why it is recommended, that you write down your thoughts and ideas. It can help you organize your story and keep track of what you are writing. You can also use your notes to help you figure out the difficult parts of the process.

Feedback always helps you find out, where you are at on your journey. You can read what other people have written, or get feedback directly from those, who have more experience. Either way, you have to be open to it. The only way you are going to find out what you are doing wrong, is by doing it wrong. The journey itself is up to you. Only you can determine the direction of your own work flow.

Persistence

The journey can be a lot more difficult, than you initially thought. Many times people give up too early, or they get discouraged from the process. This is why persistence is so important. Without persistence the journey would be a lot harder, if it would even be possible at all. Persistence enables you to overcome the obstacles that may come your way.

It enables you to carry on, despite the trouble you may be in. If you find, that curiosity is in the process, then that's what will keep you persistent. You should always keep in mind, that writing a story is a challenging process. There are no rules to follow and no one to answer to but yourself. You need to write your story with no regrets.

The Reward

There is no finish line, but there is a finish. It may not be what you want it to be, but it is what it is and that's all that matters. That is what you should remember every time you sit down to write and in the end, that is all that matters. It is the journey that you focus on, not the destination. The destination will take care of itself.

It may not be how you planned it, but that is okay. You may not get the ending that you expected, but that is okay too. You may not get where you expected, but who does? No one can tell you exactly what will happen, because no two journeys are the same. The only thing you need to do, is just to keep going. The reward, will be waiting for you at the end of the struggle. That is all.

Thank you for reading.

Reading others makes you ask yourself a lot of questions. When I first started creating content I wrote about my plants and did well. But many people thought I was just collecting information and copying. Little did they know that plants were a passion of mine that I still have. I started with them and I don't give them up.

No dear friend, I am referring to my beginnings 3 to 4 years ago. My publications about plants were made because of my studies about them. Now I can remember their care, characteristics, types of fertilizer, even some ph. But all because I read a lot about them.
