While we are living our everyday lives and busy with our tasks, that's need to be done within a deadline, often times we may not even realize, what kind of people we are surrounded by. Maybe there are more bad people or people with bad intentions, than the good ones. Maybe they pretend to be good, but if you pay more attention to them, you will realize, what their real intentions are. In this article I am going to talk about how to identify both bad and good people.
Rules For Identifying And Avoiding Bad People
There are certain types of people, that you automatically start to avoid once you learn to identify them. Bad people tend to have certain traits, such as:
They're engaging in illegal or immoral activities (even if they're trying to hide it).
They're frequently engaging in violent or aggressive behavior.
They're attempting to intimidate others.
They're engaging in mean or bullying behavior.
They're attempting to control others.
They're attempting to gain power and influence over others.
And many other similar traits.
You can learn all of these traits by simply observing others. The more you observe, the easier it becomes to instinctively avoid, ignore, or even identify people as bad.
Practice Makes Perfect: Identifying Bad People
Once you learn to identify bad people, it's very simple to avoid them and to only associate with good people. This is the single most important thing you can do in order to avoid becoming a victim or an enemy.
You will have to be vigilant and you may have to occasionally "turn people away" from your group. This is completely worth it, as it's much safer to not have bad people around. If you're ever in doubt about someone, just observe them for a period of time and draw your own conclusions.
Real World Examples Of Bad People
Let's take a look at some real world examples of bad people so you understand the type of people you should be aware of.
A "Bad Seed" is a colloquial term used to describe someone, who has been identified as an at-risk youth in need of guidance, protection, or social services. They're referred to as "Bad Seeds" because they tend to grow up to be criminal, delinquent, or otherwise anti-social individuals. They tend to do worse in life, than other people and face more challenges and obstacles. As a result, they turn to crime or other anti-social behavior as a way of life.
Before you can truly identify someone as a "Bad Seed", you need to know what type of youth they had. For most youth, it's at least partially due to their environment. You can't point to any one thing and say, "Oh, that caused this kid to become a criminal" but there's usually something, that leads up to it. For kids that grow up in broken or abusive homes, it can be pretty shocking when they end up in the situation they're in when they're older.
Still, there are some kids that are just naturally criminal. They have no other skill set and tend to find themselves in trouble. Despite their best efforts, they just can't seem to keep out of it.
Regardless of whether or not they're naturally criminal or end up that way due to some sort of environment, none of that really matters. What does matter is whether or not a person is a "Bad Seed" (and there's actually no definite answer to that) but it's better to be safe than sorry.
Bad people are bad news. If you stick with good people, you'll probably stay out of trouble.
Identifying The "Good" Type Of People
So, how do you tell the difference between good people and bad people? It's actually pretty easy.
The good people are like your light; they're bright, they're easy to find, but sometimes they're somewhat hidden. They're similar to the "light" in the sense, that they're good influences on you, but they're trying to stay out of the "light" and not be targeted by it.
These are the people that go to church, do volunteer work, and live their lives trying to better the lives of others. They're teachers, doctors, lawyers, accountants, mechanics, and any other profession, that focuses on helping others. They're the people that always pay their debts, give the "little guy" a break, and go out of their way to help an injured stranger. They're the "good guys" that never get the recognition they deserve.
They're also the "good" people that live in the community and try to keep everyone safe from the "bad guys". In other words, the protectors. They have no desire to "take down the bad guys" because they believe the bad guys need to be taken out so the community can function properly. Because of this, they tend to find themselves massively outnumbered. One would think this would cause them to become bitter, but they don't. They just know that they have a duty to serve, and they do it.
They never fight back. They never strike back. They never do anything other than try to stop the horror, that hits the world. They do it because it needs to be done, because nobody else is going to do it. They do it because it's the "right" thing to do. As for you, you are one of the "light" yourself. You don't want to fight evil; you want to stop it. You want to find a way to end evil before it ends you.
You could easily go out and find someone, who wants to do what you do, but if you're really serious about this, then you need to work at it. You need to find the "good people" that aren't really noticed by everyone else. The people that don't draw attention to themselves. The people that are on the outskirts of the "light" although they'd rather be in the middle.
The problem is, however, these people are few and far between. In a world of crime, corruption, and general moral decay, being "good" is not only a rarity, but a dying breed. You need to find someone, that is still trying to do what's right, rather than what is profitable or pleasurable. It's a tall order, but with a whole lot of effort and determination, you could succeed.
The Odds Are Never In Your Favor
The odds are never in your favor. Sure, you may find a few people, that are the "good" type, but the ones that are really hurting people for profit are most likely going to be bad. Those are the ones you're going to have to try to put out of business. After all, the "good" type would never do things like that.
It's a simple enough plan, but the problem is you don't really have a "good guy" to help you. Most of the ones, that would be willing to work with you are bad, if only because they're looking out for number one and know that the "light" type is rarely if ever proactive in stopping bad things from happening.
Then there are those, that would be willing to work with you, but not because they think you're going to put them on the "good" list, but because they want something in return. Well, maybe that second one is a little too "bad" for you, but you get the idea.
Not to mention, there's all the obvious ones, that are going to be problems. The ones that will openly work with you out of a sense of "uber" villainy don't really strike your fancy. The ones that will see you as a mundane threat and try to screw with you in every way possible just to prove how "tough" they are. The ones that will just outright attack you and not give a crap about any of the excuses, justifications, or justifications in return. And that's just the ones you can think of off the top of your head.
So yeah, you better get to looking for the good people.
This is it for today. I hope you found something useful in this article. Thanks for reading.
But you know, identifying them sometimes is just hard. Specially if they are expert in conning people. They have that strong facade that is so hard to read. You will never notice that they are just toying you 🤦
