I was inspired to write this article by a video of James Jani titled:

The Rise of Fake Gurus: The Dark Truth Behind Making Millions From Online Courses

In this video, James Jani shows how to make a fortune by selling courses by fake gurus and opens people's eyes to what's behind this dark and shady industry.

There are an incredible number of people living on earth who work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, under human conditions. Some people work longer hours in worse conditions. So why should we not all want wealth, prosperity and financial freedom.

I have no doubt, that there is no one who has not seen or heard an advertisement on some social media platform promising a lot of money for little work in a relatively short time. Luxury cars, villas with swimming pools, good looks and excellent communication skills are essential ingredients for this kind of advertisement.

Anyone who is familiar with making money on the Internet and has a few years behind them, knows that these ads are not to be fallen for, but unfortunately many people today believe them and fall into their trap in the hope of a better financial future.

The wealth, the prosperity, the knowledge, that you no longer have to work and that your life will change in one fell swoop, gives you such unforeseen happiness, that you would give almost anything for such a good-sounding promise and in the end, of course, you buy the training, that the millionaire who is already living well offered you.

The sad thing is that, these fake millionaires claiming to be mentors are spreading like a virus through the internet. Their excellent communication skills and psychological manipulation allow them to take advantage of people of good faith and rob them of their wealth.

Unfortunately, it has now become an industry, started by Tai Lopez a few years ago. The number of followers has started to grow rapidly and with it the number of financial and commercial courses has also increased rapidly. If we look a little deeper, we can ask ourselves why a millionaire would bother selling training and do marketing, as they have enough money without it.

Advertisements

Perhaps we all ask ourselves, if these fake mentors are not millionaires, then how can they appear in video advertisements with expensive luxury cars and mansions in vast areas. The answer is simple. Whatever we see whether it is luxury cars or yachts are all rented things even the actors and models in the video.

We see nothing but manipulation and hope that it could all be ours. These well made advertising videos are then posted on various social media platforms to reach ordinary working people like you and me.

That's their goal, they're not asking for anything from you other than one very simple thing. Watch the video and see for yourself how you can become rich in a few months. Watch it now for free. Then you will be added to their list, where they will slowly start selling you more and more expensive courses.

These courses are usually very low quality and worth nothing, and you can access them for free, especially on video-sharing sites. If you need help during the course, your mentor is unavailable and of course, if you want to drop out, you are not entitled to a refund.

What Do Fake Gurus Do To Make Themselves Look Believable And Richer, Than They Are?

  • They simply take a photo next to a luxury car owned by another person.

  • At conferences, they take photos with the speaker and pose to you as their friend.

  • They change their name to make themselves famous and in doing so they can cover up their past selves.

  • They talk to mislead you. They travel to expensive places, popular holiday destinations. They say they will, but they never get there.

  • They rent luxury houses, cars, which they then show off as if they own them.

What Can You Do?

Your best bet is to avoid these people and not fall into their trap. If you do want to learn how to make money online, you can either do it for free with a little research or you can take real courses on real websites like Udemy or Skillshare for cheap. On these sites you can learn from qualified teachers and be sure, that you won't lose thousands of dollars while you learn.

I have seen a lot of ads about these gurus for financial freedom, etc, and stuff. I was always careful to not be trapped. However, I know one man here who's popular in the Philippines. I don't think he is a scam though, but I can call him a real financial guru. He is Chinkee Tan. You might have heard him.

It is good to know, that there are real gurus too. It is important who you listen to and learn from. Always learn from the ones, who have the real knowledge and proven success. I haven't heard of Chinkee Tan I check him out.

Yes, personally I base it on the person's credible success and achievemnts, not solely relying on his words or visuals we see.
