Patience makes the perfect duck soup! Yesterday, my kitchen was filled with the incredible aroma of a traditional, rich duck giblet soup, and today I’m finally enjoying the results. There’s just something about having a pint of Guinness in Ireland. 🍀 I took this photo in a pub and honestly, the pint looked almost too good to drink… almost! 😂 That creamy head, the deep dark colour, and that first smooth sip — sometimes the simple things really are the best.
