Directions 1)Slice the sausage front the middle

2)Put some oil on the pan and heat for 2 mins

3)Add the heart shaped sausage hot dog

4)Close it with lid for 5 minutes

5)Add two eggs in the middle of the heart

6)Season eggs with ground black pepper, chili flakes, parsley

7)Mix the yolks thoroughly

8)Let it cook for 5 minutes

9)Cut the carrot into sticks

10)Cut the cucumber into circular shapes

11)Check on the omelette

13)Add the carrot sticks

14)Add a bit of onions
