Ask for help 🤭. I remember a Chinese girl who were complaining about her parent being strict to her when she did all the school studies saying "Even if I will have 3 hands, I can't do it all."
Do somebody demand you to do all things in one go? If not then do first the important one and do later the easy one. Or else make a plan how to counter all of that without making yourself in trouble.
