"the greatest investment you will ever make is in your health" so i should be starting to walk the talk now ,this year i'm turning 40 some say life begins when you reach it some say life begins to end i could say that i'm still hungry for more knowledge coz life never stops teaching but i don't want to reach the point where the mind is willing but the body is weak so slowing down and starting to take care of your health is a must not just for also for the people around you
