From the beginning of the update i already knew that life and death focus would be the hardest for me, just what i'm into right now and yesterday its life my ecr is already low and my rating even got down to 300 so when i secure 2 chest already only then i start to focus just to get my rating back up

Man, when I had the Earth focus at the beginning of this season I just changed it. It's not bad to change your focus if you don't feel confident with it. Keep grinding hard!!!!
