Sila po tlga ang nagmamay ari ng bahay namin, si Bo at si Koki, ung pag andon sila sa liit ng bahay namin parang wala ng space para sa tao hahahaha. Ung magkaron ka ng kasama sa loob ng bahay na pagkalaking aso ewan ko lng sobrang playful pa. Stress sa kanya si Koki kase introvert type sya. Pero alam nyo ba na sobrang thankful ako kase sila ung kasama ng anak ko sa bahay. Kaya sobrang love namin sila.

Eating time na mga kaingay!!! Yong whole day na busy sa work, dami kong gutom na dala dala pauwi. Tara kain tayo. Eto na po ung breakfast, lunch and dinner namin since one meal a day lng kmi kaya arat na hehehehe. Kayo ano dinner nyo? Share naman dyan heheheh.

Hey musta kayo? Wala ako maisip ipost kase sobrang occupied ng utak ko sa trabaho heheh. I just wanna share with you our photo way back 2019. Kami yan ni @chichi18 hahaha. From Brunei, we travelled to Gunung Mulu National Park, Sarawak Malaysia. It was a three days adventure. Gunung Mulu National Park is a protected rainforest in Malaysia Borneo. Sobrang sulit ng punta namin dyan. It is one of Nature's most spectacular achievements and the 'Jewels in the Crown' of Sarawak and a largest national park. We experienced a plank walk for 3km to reach Deer Cave and Lang Cave, then we observed bats flying out of caves entrance at late evening around 6pm. Long boat experience and enjoyed swimming at clear water spring. Basta sobrang saya at ung di ko makakalimutan dito ay walang electricity at internet. So for 3 days nag enjoy kmi ng wlang gadgets. Nakasched pa naman ako tumakbo sa treadmill ngayon kaso parang mauudlot kase may maaga akong errand this morning for my boss. Kaya mag stretching na lng ako, push ups and planking para madali. Today is the feast day of all saints. We are also remembering our departed loveones. I just finished attending online mass mga kaingay. Good morning noise.app mates!!!! It's another day to be grateful and thankful to our the Lord. Musta kayo mga kaingay? Nawa'y maayod ang lahat. Ako eto, I started my day by a 5 min running/walking on a treadmill. Kulang pa kaso malilate ako ng bongga. But it is always better than not doing any exercise at all. At syempre sumunod ang paghigop sa mainit na barakong kape. As Ive said last night, today is a busy day for me kase submission ng accounts. Ingat kayo mga kaingay. Have a great day ahead!!!!

Kumusta kayo mga dyan noise.app mates? I woke up late today as I slept around 3:00AM already. My daily routine in the morning is to thank the Lord of course. Next is to drink apple cider vinegar, yes yan ang unang-una ko iniinom sa umaga. Followed by a short exercise at least 30 mins walking/running on a treadmill or 30push ups and 2 minutes of planking. At syempre after nyan, susunod na ang paghigop ng brewed coffee. Enjoy your weekend mga kaingay! Stay safe❤️😍❣️
