Don't ever Trust the bank when they say that they would REFUND an amount because there would always be HIDDEN FEES accompanied with it. So I cancelled my booking at Executive Suites which I paid around 2210 AED- $602USD-7788SCR-531 Euros because it was too late for me to realize that the area might not be where I wanted to roam around. The apartment is nice but the environment might not be ideal and suited to what I wanted for my 10 nights staycation in Abu Dhabi hence upon checking, Cristal Hotel caught my attention which was around 2910 AED-$792US-699Euros-10,241SCR. I opted for prepayment because it's the option suitable thinking that the refund would take 7-12 days somehow. I sent an email to the bank and took a screenshot of my transaction only to receive a call from them saying that the amount to be REFUNDED won't be the EXACT figure. What's the rationale for this transaction? Fiat would always be prone to inflation and manipulation especially from the financial institution and the 70USD transaction fee is more than what BTC or even Bitcoin Cash deducted when it comes to TF! This is a call for the Digitalization of money!
