AFT (Annual Family Travel) Visit Dubai in August 2022! I have tried my best to focus on our 15 days in the Middle East again this year after our Mauritius holiday last April so I could emerge how insane Dubai lifestyle for ex-pats (working and non-working much more with tourists around) We arrived with an excruciating heat of 43 degrees and Sage was literally blushing, sweating, crying, and having tantrums as soon as we landed at Dubai International airport. Jeez, it was too hot! ROasting I would say... But of course, I am so used to it! I have learned so many things in Dubai despite the 15 days of roaming, eating, walking, spending, shopping, burning money for the sake of holiday lol! (Well I would advise you, to calculate your expenses and stick to them) I booked our hotels in the Deira area, where it would take only 20-25 minutes depending on the traffic going to the airport! Later did I realize that most of my friends who were working there for nearly 10 years were so accustomed to sleeping until 1 in the morning and off to work at 7 or 8? Nah I had it for three years back in Doha, Qatar and I ended up having vertigo! Spending money was always the trend as well! On our second day, burning 872AED- 3198SCR-240Euro/USD was just crazy! lol!
