Why is it that my BCH address in noise.cash that I added was not approved? They are asking for a change.

  are you trying to add a legacy address ? like this one "15wpf8MmiNMpv7X4WZVLQFH1ucMjEBi6pK"??? if so you need to add a cash address like: bitcoincash:qqmra06hk7xpvvwmr0rxv4w990rt3y3nav8s7kek6n if that's your problem then, you can convert your legacy address to cash aaddress here: https://www.bitcoin.com/tools/cash-address-converter/
