Daily wildlife photography: the mantled howler monkey, Alouatta palliata. Howler monkeys are one of the 4 primate species you can find in Costa Rica, where these photos were taken. The howling of the males can be heard miles away! And it's kind of hard to sleep when they're howling next to you hotel room... speaking from personal experience! :) Still, the joy of being able to see wildlife in their natural habitat compensates the lack of sleep. #Photography
