Daily wildlife photography: the eurasian collared dove, Streptopelia decaoto. There was a lot of wind this day, and when I spotted this dove perched, all her feathers were ruffled. It didn't stopped her to do some preening, thow! There's another dove species in Portugal, but they're easily distinguished. The single black bar in the sides of the neck in this species is enough for identification. Photos taken in Tavira, Portugal.
