Daily wildlife photography: the cantabrian chamois, Rupicapra pyrenaica. These chamois are a subspecies of the european chamois, and they roam freely in the Cantabria region, in the north of Spain. They didn't seem that shy when I spotted them, probably used to tourists doing hiking trails. It's amazing how agile they are, and how suited they are to the rocky mountain environment! Photos taken in Picos de Europa, Spain.
