Daily wildlife photography: the pied avocet, Recurvirostra avosetta. I've posted about these cool birds lately, but couldn't resist sharing some more. Especially since so many posed for the photo; the way they fed and ran on shallow water, together with the reflex on the water surface and the little waves they created, made for some of the best photos I have of them!
