Daily wildlife photography: the asian water monitor, Varanus salvator. This is one of the most common monitor lizards in Asia, and adults can reach almost 2meters in lenght! It's amazing how close to populations we can find them, especially when I think about the little lizards I find in the urban areas in my country; I took these photos in a city park in Kandy, Sri Lanka. #Photography
