Daily wildlife photography: the canadian goose, Branta canadensis. Despite its name, there are several wild populations established outside Canada. In this case, I can't tell if they were residents or migration birds, since canadian goose do migrate to northern europe, and these photos were taken in Stockholm, Sweden. It's fun to watch them with their offspring so close to humans, and how they seem perfectly at ease!
