Daily wildlife photography: the pied avocet, Recurvirostra avosetta. These cute guys were all over the place in this salt flat, and caught one of them doing a crazy dance! Dragging the plummage on the floor, putting wings in a strange way, and going back and forth in a place. Had no idea what was he doing: maybe to remove the excess of salt from the feathers? It was fun to admire this behaviour! Photos taken in Tavira, Portugal.
