Daily wildlife photography: the crested lark, Galerida cristata. I can hear them all the time when they're present, but this one was putting quite a singing show! It was almost as I was receiving a welcome as I reached one of my favourite beaches. I normally find larks near the beach side, although they do exist further away from the sea.
