It is a tough job creating a video but all criticism will be accepted. Even if that's a negative comment it will be allowed, just try not to troll me too much, and don't use curse words. YouTube does count comments and likes to increase the reach, but I don't think it counts dislikes. It probably counts the overall percentage of likes to views and compares it to similar content, so it determines this way if the viewers liked the content or not.
