investing in real state is the best if you want to invest for a long terms. example for myself, I buy around 600 square meter land in the undevelop area 5 years. Its kind of cheap that time because no one thought that it will be developed soon. Now the price per sq/m almost triple when a developer company will convert that place into a housing subdivision.
