I don't want to join telegram for these reasons: - Too many irrelevant comments, hype, price speculation, waste of time (the worse drawback) - Too many scammers pm'ing (there should be an option to opt-out from pm's) - Scammers may also be impersonating admins and takes time to verify - Privacy concerns (https://www.makeuseof.com/telegram-security/#) For these reasons I found telegram to provide negative value in general. I have a telegram, for many years, of course, and I decided to use it again, for these reasons: - Admins can provide help faster for any kind of issue we face - Some details are important and not mentioned in other sources - SmartBCH is expanding and new projects are announced at telegram I'm not going to spend time chatting there unless I face an issue or have something valuable to say. Sudden pm's without a reason will be blocked and reported since all of them will probably be malicious, so please don't pm me there at all. However, at any time I may find it to be a nuisance, I will remove it. Some stupid verification system with unreadable numbers is also a deterrent and not joining these channels.
