One indisputable fact in the crypto community is the unbeaten record of Roger Ver when debating. He was a legendary advocate for Bitcoin, before Bitcoin was taken over by Blockstream, and was awarded the title "Bitcoin Jesus" that still follows him till this day.
Ver has a near-perfect record when debating and explaining his position on Bitcoin Cash. Usually, he has to confront aggression by the Bitcoin maximalists and many of the debates are against Tone Vays who is always on the losing side, as the validity of Roger Ver's arguments is undeniable.

All of the Tone Vays arguments in this video have been proven wrong and Bitcoin had disappointing results in the transactions sector. SegWit did little to none to help with lowering fees and the Lightning Network is an improper way of using your Bitcoin, not to mention unstable and not economically functional.
While the whole conversation had been hilarious to watch, an interesting part of the debate is this one:
Roger Ver: "When you are using the Lightning Wallet you are not in control of your funds? You are trusting someone else?"
Tone Vays: "Yeah, I'm ok trusting somebody else with twenty, thirty dollars of my funds. I don't have a problem with that."
The average fee to transfer twenty or thirty dollars, or any amount of BTC to every lightning wallet would be $10 for 2021. Even when this video was recorded fees were $1 at a time when the market had just started recovering from the 2018 collapse.
Tone Vays tried to create the impression that the Lightning Wallet was already successful but all the Bitcoin maximalists' arguments are proven wrong.
With the Lightning Network, you are in no control of your funds. It is not recommended by Tone Vays to use it but only with thirty dollars each time.
Lightning Network has low fees. However, you will have to pay a one-time miner fee to send the first BTC to your Lightning Wallet.
Topping up your Lightning Wallet with $30 will cost an additional $10 in 2021, practically making the Lightning Network completely useless.
This is just an example of the failures of BTC, with the decision-making process just concentrated today at the hands of a few developers funded by Blockstream.
The above debate is from 2019 at a time when prices had temporarily recovered from a long bear market and fees for Bitcoin were relatively lower than previously. However, this changed fast, and fees today are $10, maybe tomorrow will be $100 or even $1000. Today we have the BTC argument that fees are not important at all, which of course was the real plan behind not adopting higher blocksize and the purpose of creating layer-two networks.
Bitcoin Cash doesn't need layer-two solutions to scale. It is proven already it scales perfectly fine, without increasing fees and transactions getting stuck in the mempool for weeks.

Bitcoin Cash fees are at a fraction of a penny and transactions are instant. Meanwhile, take a look at what is happening to the other version of Bitcoin. A congested network with transactions stuck, waiting for a miner to select them if fees will ever get to go lower. Maybe it will take months or they will always be stuck pending.
Another argument of Vays from this debate was that Bitcoin Cash is not used by anyone and that fees of Bitcoin Cash were going to rise if it had the same number of transactions as BTC. Then, this happened:

This argument was also invalidated by the events that followed since Bitcoin Cash for all 2021 is having more transactions daily than BTC. It is growing in usage and popularity with a growing network of merchants accepting BCH in hundreds of thousands of physical locations and e-commerce websites worldwide.
Bitcoin Cash is expanding and new merchants are onboarding fast due to the increased demand by BCH holders to pay with an efficient cryptocurrency. Bitcoin Cash is reshaping payments around the world, makes it easy to transact, and gives absolute control to the user. Mass adoption is here and this time users are interested to find a cryptocurrency that will be borderless, cheap to use, and instant.
