Twitter has a certain significance in cryptocurrency communities. Even investing bots are connected to tweets and are following the top accounts promoting cryptocurrencies.
The Bitcoin Cash community has a strong presence as well. In this article, I tried to present some of the top Bitcoin Cash advocates on Twitter, and few that follow and comment favorably on Bitcoin Cash developments.
I probably missed many of them, so I'd like help if anyone can add a few more I skipped but have been Bitcoin Cash supporters for years. Most of those I've mentioned are individuals or business accounts and are either popular or perform a service to the BCH ecosystem.
The top-10 is about popular Twitter users, that offer an extensive service to Bitcoin Cash, have a strong follower base, and an appeal to the cryptocurrency and tech audience.
It is not even a personal best top-10. Mostly, some of the people that I could think today, having vast influence when discussing Bitcoin Cash and a presence in Twitter.
Popular People In Support of Bitcoin Cash
These are top promoters of Bitcoin Cash by popularity and followers:
1. Kim DotCom
Bitcoin Cash has recently found backing from an (un)expected popular figure.
Kim Dotcom broke the internet in his days with MegaUpload. He is a well-respected person from the technology and cryptocurrency world. Probably about 1 billion people around the world have heard the name Kim Dotcom, and his opinion is well respected.
Kim has often discussed Bitcoin Cash on Twitter and explained it is his favorite cryptocurrency. The peak was a conversation with Bitcoin maximalists that seem to be completely over their heads lately and a Tweet to Musk which got a response. He also plans to create K.im, a website for content creators with Bitcoin Cash integrated as a payments method.
Another reason I selected Kim as the number one, is the current Twitter presence. He keeps discussing Bitcoin Cash and is active on Twitter.
2. Roger Ver
The Bitcoin Jesus himself.
Entered Bitcoin in 2010 and made vast wealth by believing in this new technology. As with many other early investors, Ver felt disgusted by the BTC centralized development team and moved on to the Bitcoin that scales.
Roger has stopped tweeting lately since the offensive behavior and level of toxicity of BTC maximalists is often overwhelming enough. Roger Ver has done a lot for crypto, not just Bitcoin (BTC) or Bitcoin Cash. He is an entrepreneur and understands the features a currency needs to succeed in the volatile and highly competitive business environment.
3. Jihan Wu
The co-founder of Bitmain and one of the first Bitcoin billionaires is one of the main supporters of Bitcoin Cash. He has a presence on Twitter and often writes interesting tweets. An intelligent and influential person that is highly respected in the cryptocurrency industry.
Marc is our benefactor (read.cash, noise.cash) and a person whose actions have helped tens of thousands (perhaps hundreds of thousands) find Bitcoin Cash by being part of these two amazing platforms. A strong believer and investor in Bitcoin Cash since 2012!
Our favorite guy, don't miss following Marc on Twitter. I wanted to rank Marc higher on the list, but I feel everyone agrees the top-3 definitely belongs to Kim, Roger, and Jihan.
5. Wang Kui (Lead Developer of smartBCH)
Not so active lately, since developing and managing a network that grows fast is of more importance. Wang Kui made smartBCH possible and supports the network with discussions and AMA sessions.
Currently, CEO of Bitcoin.com Corbin Fraser was an engineer in Bitcoin.com since 2017. A great personality and supporter of Bitcoin Cash. Corbin is also the founder of Poolside Puffer NFT collection on smartBCH, a collection that sold out in just 3 days and proceeds donated to an orphanage in Vietnam.
7. Cindy Wang
Cindy is the co-founder of Satoshi's Angels, an initiative set to promote cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin Cash in particular. She is also the founder of BCH101.com a new website aiming to support Bitcoin Cash and smartBCH with video and written content.

8. Akane Yokoo
Akane Yoko founded Satoshi's Angels together with Cindy Wang. A major force in the adoption of Bitcoin Cash, especially in the Asian continent. Organizes meetups and contributes to merchant adoption.
9. David Shares
David has a long resume in Bitcoin, used to be a columnist for Bitcoin.com news magazine, David is a keen supporter of the Bitcoin Cash cause, and Tweets non-stop Bitcoin Cash-related information. A great promoter, active also in noise.cash (link).
10. George Donnelly and Hayden Otto
I checked my list and had to decide between two excellent Bitcoin Cash advocates that have done a lot to increase merchant adoption in certain locations.
Both Hayden Otto and George Donnelly deserve a top-10 spot for their efforts and I didn't want to exclude anyone.
George has been very active in spreading merchant adoption in Latin America, while Hayden Otto is offering similar service to Bitcoin Cash in Australia.

Two More Highly Popular Individuals that Supported Bitcoin Cash
A lead Bitcoin dev since 2010, Gavin was the person that tried in vain to convince the divided Bitcoin community to unite against the enemy that eventually hijacked it. While Gavin is still widely respected in some BTC circles, nobody can forget the Blockstream treatment and his ousting from Bitcoin's development.
Gavin fought the good fight, he lost, but after that remained in the shadows.
John McAfee (RIP)
John McAfee, had often talked in favor of Bitcoin Cash, without even holding any (in his own admission). He felt Bitcoin Cash was going to succeed and often tweeted or discussed about it. Sadly, this legend is not with us today.
Special Mention
Sal Mayweather has an open mind and understands Bitcoin Cash. While he sees in most cryptocurrencies value he often discusses Bitcoin Cash favorably. He has a certain approach shared by many in the Bitcoin Cash and crypto community in general but also understands this is not just about the number going up. Sal helps crypto and Bitcoin Cash spread in his audience and is also a great guy.
In Conclusion
I have to ask for an apology since I am sure I missed many Bitcoin Cash supporters and perhaps some that have a long history with Bitcoin and today with Bitcoin Cash. I tried to make it as thorough as possible and will include anyone I missed. I'm sure I missed some Reddit admins and users of r/btc and r/bitcoincash, but I don't remember seeing them on Twitter.
Also, except for the top-4, I can't tell the rest were in a particular order.

I don't know everyone in Bitcoin Cash, and I'm not sure of the intentions of some that supported Bitcoin Cash previously but lately have stopped.
Most of those I've mentioned are supporting Bitcoin Cash for years, some are working as developers or creating a business that supports the ecosystem. Others are investors but believe in Bitcoin Cash and its long-term potential.
I am following all the recommended above. Many more accounts like mine still have years ahead and very low visibility outside of the Bitcoin Cash community. Most of those I recommended usually when they tweet, catch the attention of various communities.
So, guys, I didn't write about our accounts. We barely have enough influence, so don't feel bad about it!
