Factory owner Ashish Kumar Dutt said, "I along with Kabir Sheikh of Siddhipasha village, Hormuz Ali Sardar of Dhulgram and Rakshed Ali of Chandragati village have built a coal factory by renting land from local Hormuz Ali for five long years."
