Enjoying the holiday 😋 Do you like spinach??? This pastry is the most popular folk pastry. We make dough with water, salt and flour and let the dough rest for 1 hour. We open small and round. We leave the spinach fried with butter and egg and spices in it. We add it to the round dough and cover it with a round dough again. Lastly, we fry it in a pan. You must try it, it's delicious.
