The SuperUMAns worked hard until the 31st of September in the uDAO campaign and the event was ended with an amazing party. We had POAPs, music, a charity chain, pixel party and a poker tournament but above all the uDAO tokens were unlocked for claiming.
For me, the highlight of the party was the charity chain event that raised 150 $UMA for "No Kid Hungry". The UMA was tipped from wallet to wallet until all the participants had the chance to add something in the pot. or those not familiar with the SuperUMANs, allow me to explain what they do and why! The UMA's discord has a core community called the "SuperUMAns." The community members are given a bag of KPI option tokens that mature on a quarterly basis. The expiry value of the KPI tokens is based on how much of the KPI was achieved. The number of KPI tokens an individual will receive will depend on the contribution level over the previous quarter.
The token for Quarter 3 was called uDAO and the value was given by the number of UMA tools integrated in DAOs. The uDAOs were redeemable for $UMA after Q3 ended and the average payout was approximatelly $5,400 worth of $UMA tokens per SuperUMAn. The KPI for Q3 was powered by the number of UMA products (KPI options, Call/Put options, Range Bonds, Success Tokens) integrated by DAOs.
Anyone can become SuperUMAns and everyone is invited to contribute with both hard and soft skills. The latest KPI option launch for Q4, 2021 is called uINT. uINT is a KPI Option that will pay out based on the number of integrations that UMA achieves until expiry on December 30, 2021.
These tokens will pay out 50 $UMA tokens per integration/per 1,000 uINT. The value will be boosted by an additional 100 $UMA tokens for any integration that is funded with more than $5,000,000 USD worth of tokens. The KPI option was provided to the SuperUMANs and will be no airdrop. However, there are many ways to participate for anyone who is interested. Join UMA Discord and express your interest.
UMA had 7 qualifying integrations last quarter and the expectation for uINT is to surpass the uDAO's number of successful integrations. The top-contributing SuperUMAns were given twice as many tokens this quarter and if 10 integration will happen the payout will be between $12,000 and $15,000 for each SuperUMAn.
In the scenario that UMA tools will be integrated to 20 projects and 4 of the integrations will be over $5,000,000 then the payout for this tier will reach $72,000 per individual. Are this numbers enough to encourage you to join and use your skills for better results and higher payouts?
The advance calculations listed above are the result of UMA's Optimistic Oracle (OO) which have the power to offer "generalized contracting". This ability can "write" almost any type of contract on blockchain. The Optimistic Oracle will use economic guarantees as enforcement.
