Happy to find purple potatoes while shopping in Tesco.
Bought a bag and raided the fridge for something to go with Purple Potatoes Wedges.
Todays menu will be honey glazed gammon, purple potatoes wedges and salad. 🍯 🍟 🥗
Gammon in the oven for 90 minutes at 180 degrees. Watch some Netflix for thirty minutes then go back in the kitchen.
Peel the potatoes, cut them in big wedges and season them with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
Chop the salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, add a handful of olives and sweetcorn, than salt, peper, lemon juice and a dash of olive oil.
Put the wedges in the oven 30-35 minutes, to be ready at the same time as the gammon.
